Frozen Lion's Head Meatballs

Yangzhou Jingsheng Food Co., Ltd. produces Frozen Lion's Head Meatballs with a traditional Huaiyang cooking method. Unlike products made with fully ground meat, our chefs still follow the classic hand-chopping process. They cut fresh pork into slices first, then into strips, and finally chop it into small pieces similar to the size of pomegranate seeds. This method helps maintain the natural structure of the meat and creates a softer, more delicate texture.

We prepare the meatballs using the clear-stewing method commonly used in Huaiyang cuisine. The pork is slowly cooked in clean water with ginger, spring onion, and a small amount of white pepper. We do not add heavy seasonings that cover the original flavor of the meat. During slow cooking, the natural sweetness of the pork blends into the clear soup. The finished meatballs are tender, juicy, and easy to separate with chopsticks. The light and clear soup makes them suitable for restaurant dishes, catering services, and home meals.

Our factory is located in Linze Town, Gaogou City, Yangzhou. We operate a 900-square-meter standardized production workshop with 18 trained employees. Every production batch goes through inspection before shipment to ensure stable quality.

We carefully select chilled pork from qualified suppliers. The raw materials must pass quarantine inspection before entering our production process. Our factory uses quick-freezing equipment and vacuum packaging technology to maintain product freshness. The products are stored at -18°C or below and have a shelf life of 12 months.

Our traditional production process and quality management have received recognition from the market. In 2021, our product was featured on CCTV's "National Quality Products" program. We also received the "New National Brand Excellent Brand" recognition in the same year.

We provide OEM and ODM services for customers who need customized packaging or product specifications. Standard orders start from RMB 200,000. For customized product development, sample preparation usually takes around 10 working days.

We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms. Our payment terms are 40% advance payment, with the remaining balance paid after shipment or upon delivery. We also provide shipment loading videos for order confirmation.
