Lions Head Chinese Meatballs

Yangzhou Jingsheng Food Co., Ltd. produces lions head chinese meatballs with carefully selected crab roe added to traditional pork meatballs. We continue to use the classic hand-chopping method. Our chefs first slice fresh pork into thin pieces, then cut them into strips, and finally chop them into small pieces similar to the size of pomegranate seeds. This process helps maintain the natural texture of the meat and creates a soft and delicate mouthfeel.

We mix the crab roe evenly into the pork mixture before shaping the meatballs. During slow cooking, the flavor of the crab roe gradually blends with the natural sweetness of the pork. The clear soup develops a light golden color, while the meatballs become richer in taste and aroma. The crab roe adds a unique seafood flavor that combines well with the savory pork taste. This product brings together the traditional flavor of Huaiyang cuisine and the fresh taste of river crab.

We established our company in May 2020 in Linze Town, Gaoyou City, Yangzhou. Our registered capital is RMB 5 million. The factory covers 900 square meters and has 18 employees. Our monthly production value reaches RMB 2 million yuan.

We hold an SC Food Production License for meat and frozen food products. Our factory follows national food safety requirements throughout the production process. From raw material receiving to finished product shipment, we keep production records for quality tracking.

We purchase pork from approved suppliers, and each batch must come with quarantine certificates. Our production line is equipped with quick-freezing machines and vacuum packaging equipment. The products are stored at -18°C or below and maintain a shelf life of 12 months.

In 2021, our lions head chinese meatballs were featured on CCTV's "National Quality Products" program. We also received the "New National Brand Excellent Brand" recognition in the same year.

We provide OEM and ODM services for customers who need customized recipes or packaging solutions. The amount of crab roe can be adjusted according to different market requirements. The minimum order quantity is RMB 200,000.

Before mass production, we provide samples for testing and approval. Customers can also arrange third-party inspections before shipment. We support EXW, FOB, and DDP trade terms to meet different purchasing needs.
